Intercultural competence (en 2 volumes). A new challenge for Language Teachers and Trainers in Europe owes its origin to a 2 year LINGUA Project (September 1992-December 1994) which brought together language teachers, teacher traniers and researchers from Denmark, Belgium and Germany. The project aimed at creating a methodology guide for teaching intercultural communicative competence, designed to be used in teacher training.
The "guide" consists of 2 volumes : Volume 1 focusing on learners in secondary education, and volume 2 focusing on adult learners.
